- Support with searching and applying for homes
- Budget planning and rental process guidance
- Assistance with deposits, moving costs, and financial aid
- Help with disability services and other benefits
- Ongoing support to resolve housing issues and maintain stability
Who We Serve

- Have a waiver such as CADI, DD, BI, EW, or CAC
- Or, do not have a waiver but meet all of the following:
- Have a disability
- Receive Medical Assistance
- Experience housing instability
- Currently live in a provider-led setting and want to move toward more independence
- Have a disability
